Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy :
​- All room rates are exclusive of tax and service charges.
- Only pay 50% the total amount per reservation for deposit when you book directly with us.
- You should read carefully our terms and conditions regarding Payment methods.

Check-in/out Policy :
- Check in: from 14:00hrs
- Check out : 12:00hrs
- Early check-in : subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy :
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 15:00hrs to 17:00hrs check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00hrs check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Children Policy :
- All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged USD 12 per person per night in an extra bed.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancellation/amendment is made 03 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged and the deposit is refundable. 
- If cancellation/amendment is made less than 03 days of your arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit is NOT refundable. 

Complaints or Comments :
We take our guests satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotels should be made in the first instance to the front office at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately. 
Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to General Manager, Langchia Village at email: info.langchiavillage@gmail.com or leave your feedbacks on our website. Your dissatisfaction will be resolved at soonest.
